1-1 coaching sessions are conducted for more targeted and focused outcomes and each session is 60mins in duration. Group sessions are available where we will group individuals based on physical capabilities. Group sessions are specially designed for clients who are able to reach a specific fitness level to challenge themselves and also keep up with one another. We incorporate fun into these group workouts and stimulate an interactive environment where one can learn from each other as well.


Graduated from the International Sports Academy and certified by the American Council on exercise in 2015, Benedict now embarks on a journey to help impart his knowledge and skills to you.
