Nada’s interest lies in rehabilitation and prevention of sports injuries through education, functional movement training and “pre-habilitation”. She also employs adjunct methods such as manual therapy, dry needling and taping to aid in rehabilitation. Nada has worked with youth and elite athletes in a multitude of sports including Muay Thai, rugby, netball, gymnastics and dance; and as a Muay Thai fighter, she understands the demands of sport and aims to help her clients return to activity efficiently and safely with reduced risk of injury.
